Blizzard has made an official announcement regarding the rumoured Hearthstone reveal event that we reported on towards the end of last week. In it, the publisher confirms that there will be a special stream this Thursday 28th July, one which will feature an announcement of what’s coming next for Hearthstone.
The news was posted on Hearthstone’s official blog, and reveals that developer Ben Brode will be taking charge of an event that promises to “delight, enthrall, and illuminate. The rumour mill regarding what is presumed to be Hearthstone’s next Adventure has been in overdrive for the last week, and all bets are on Karazhan as the setting for the new content.
We’ll be be bringing you all the news from the event as it happens, but in the meantime you can feast your eyes on some of the artwork that’s been teased on the game’s Twitter account. Are we really about to see a re-print of Annoy-o-Tron for the Standard format? We’ll have to wait and see…
