Nikto is on the way.
Nikto is one of the new Operators in Modern Warfare, along with Mara. Here’s how to get your hands on him.
Mara can be obtained by opening up the Battle Pass, but Nikto has remained elusive.
How to get Nikto in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
We’ll be able to purchase Nikto from the Store section on December 18th 2019 at around 6pm. You’ll be able to purchase him for 2400 COD Points. This comes to £16.79, and will come with a bunch of aesthetic bonuses for the character, including a new watch, a couple of spicy weapon blueprints, and even a tier skip for the Battle Pass.
This comes alongside the massive update for Modern Warfare, which adds classic maps from the series and new Limited Time Modes. Remember, Nikto does not come with the rest of the Battle Pass – he’s only obtainable through visiting the in-game shop.
At the moment, Nikto isn’t available to purchase or use. The scary fella from the Season 1 introduction won’t be usable for the start of the season, but he’ll turn up in time. You’ll find the Operator to the right of Rodion in the Allegiance menu, and he’s accompanied by a notice to ‘Unlock by purchasing Operator in the Store’.
The store can be found by scrolling all the way to the right of the Multiplayer menu, just past the Battle Pass tab. He’ll show up here as soon as he’s available, and will be purchasable with COD Points. For reference, an outfit and blueprint bundle for an existing Operator costs between 1500 and 1800 COD Points, so it’s likely Nikto will set you back a bit more.
Press the triggers on your controller to scroll through more store options, but remember that you won’t unlock Nikto with the purchase of another Operator set – he’ll come into the store soon.
Season 1 runs until February 4th, so he’ll be out before then – we’ll keep you updated here. Remember – don’t start buying stuff in the store in the hopes he’ll show up – Nikto is not available yet, but we’ll let you know when he is!
