Our favourite PVE Legendary weapons
Below we’ve listed a few Legendary weapons which we consider essentials to any PVE activity, whether it be Strikes, the Raid or Public Events – these are the very best.
Nameless Midnight
If you’re after a mid to long range weapon for any PVE occasion, then you can’t get much better than Nameless Midnight. It’s an absolute dream of weapon because it handles perfectly with quick reload times and exceptional accuracy. On top of this, Explosive Rounds help clear mobs of enemies, while also providing Flinch to stagger tougher foes.
Better Devils
This hand cannon has immense damage output, a huge magazine, and the added bonus of Explosive Rounds. It’s reminiscent of a miniature Nameless Midnight with ridiculously impressive short to mid range damage. Plus, it’s got this lovely weighty feel which makes blasting enemies a real joy.
Curtain Call
This will become your best friend for clearing groups of enemies and deleting bosses. It’s AOE Cluster Bomb perk and enormous blast radius provide some ridiculous damage numbers.
Unspoken Promise
If you’re a fan of getting in close and personal, this Sword is fairly easy to obtain and grants you power ammo with every third hit. This means infinite ammo if you’re upper cutting static targets (by pressing L2), so you can keep chopping away at an enemy’s health bar with giddy abandon. A particularly useful weapon to take on the Leviathan Raid’s Pleasure Gardens with!
Manannan SR4
We’ve found this weapon to be overlooked by many, but we’d consider it up there as an Energy weapon alternative to the likes of Nameless Midnight or even the Exotic Mida-Multi Tool. It’s got that ease of use which makes it perfect for any PVE scenario and the Explosive Rounds magic to top it all off. Looking to free up your Kinetic slot? Equip the Manannan.
