The news was announced as part of Nvidia’s press event at Gamescom 2017 in an effort to show that Destiny 2 for PC is being built from the ground up for the platform, and will provide all manner of options for PC gamers to tinker with.
- 1. Subclass – Subclass guide
- 2. Crucible PVP – Crucible PVP guide
- 3. Exotic Weapons – Exotic Weapons guide
- 4. Campaign guide – Campaign guide
- 5. Super guide – Super guide
We’ve covered some of these options already, however many of these features have just been confirmed. Most notably, HDR (High Dynamic Range) will be supported on PC first before it comes to consoles. What’s more, SLI support is great news for those using multi-GPU setups and players looking to squeeze even more frames out of Destiny 2.
Nvidia will also have a game ready driver for the Destiny 2 PC beta which will go live on August 24th, so if you’re running a GeForce GPU, keep an eye out for the download!
For those who pre-ordered the game, the Destiny 2 PC beta begins on 28th August, and everyone else on 29th August. It ends on the 31st August, around a couple of months from it’s release on 24th October 2017.
