Team will head to Abu Dhabi to claim their share of $100,000.
Fnatic will be heading to Abu Dhabi next month to participate in the Power League Gaming Grand Slam. The tournament is being held between the 12th and 16th of December, and will see a total of 16 teams compete for $100,000 of prize money.
Eight of the participating teams are heading to the Grand Slam on an invitational basis, while the remaining eight will earn their places through a series of qualifying matches.
Four competitors from both the invitational and competitive process have been confirmed for the tournament so far: G2, Fnatic, HellRaisers and Sharks.
The remaining qualifiers will be held across a number of global regions, with events now under way and expected to conclude on 17th November. The remaining invited teams will be announced at a later date.

Those wanting to take part in the qualification stage can sign up using the FACEIT.com platform. Here’s when each regional qualifier is expected to take place:
- South America (26th-27th October)
- GCC and South Asia (28th-29th October)
- East Asia (30th-31st October)
- North America (1st-3rd November)
- South East Asia and India (4th-6th November)
- Levant and Africa (7th-9th November)
- Europe (12th-15th November)
- Oceania (16th-17th November)
The Power League Gaming organisers have promised a very different kind of experience for tournament participants, with players enjoying hospitality in the 5-star Yas Hotel, as well as access to side-activities including Ferrari World, Yas Waterpark, and the F1 Marina Circuit.
