Fortnite Fall Skirmish Week 2 start times, streams and format confirmed
Find out what's in store for Fortnite's flagship tournament this weekend.
Week 2 of the Fortnite Fall Skirmish will start this evening, with the European match-ups kicking off at 5:00pm BST (9:00am PT).
The NA rounds of the tournament will then begin at 9:00pm BST (1:00pm PT).
The format of this week’s play is called Royale Flush, a mode built around a six-round Solos challenge.
As players take part in each match they’ll earn points based on the eliminations they’ve achieved, and their overall finishing spot.
Here’s precisely how points will be awarded:
- Victory Royale: 3 Points
- 2nd-3rd: 2 Points
- 4th-5th: 1 Point
- 7+ Eliminations: 3 Points
- 5-6 Eliminations: 2 Points
- 3-4 Eliminations: 1 Point
Players who manage to achieve both a Victory Royale and seven or more eliminations will gain a single extra bonus point for their tally, as well as a bonus $10,000 prize reward.
Whoever achieves the most eliminations in a single match will also receive a $10,000 prize reward.
As for the wider pool of prize money, here’s what’s on offer for the various finishing positions in Week 2:
|Position||Cash Prize||Club Points|
Club Points are earned by players based on their performance, and are subsequently awarded to their assigned Fall Skirmish Club.
At the end of the tournament, the top five performing Clubs will receive prizes that range from a fifth place award of $250,000, to a grand prize of $1,500,000 for the best performing Club overall. That money is shared equally between the players assigned to each team.
In addition to the main Solos event, there’ll also be bonus entertainment rounds this evening called Spin and Win.
At scheduled times throughout the evening, a wheel will be spun to select a challenge which Clubs can then attempt in order to earn extra Club points and prizes. Note that these bonus rounds will not be streamed.
