Fortnitemares has come to a close, but it certainly went out with a bang. The big purple cube (Kevin) had been terrorising the map for weeks, until he ascended and promptly exploded in a big burst of strange energy…stuff.
Basically, the map has been changed yet again. Kevin the Cube’s explosion has revealed a new island at Leaky Lake which is highly reminiscent of Stone Henge, and alongside this – a brand new set of challenges.
Complete the new “Lil’ Kev” Challenges and you’ll be rewarded with the Lil’ Kev Backbling which looks like a blackened chunk of the original cube, with what looks to be a couple of boombox speakers on the side.
Below we’ll take you through what the challenges are, how to complete them and the all the rewards involved too.
All Lil’ Kev Challenges
Limited Time Challenge
You have until 18:00 BST/ 13:00PM ET on November 11th to complete all of the challenges we’ve listed below and obtain the Backbling. If you don’t manage to get these challenges done before the time limit expires, you will not be able to earn the Backbling again.
So without further ado, here’s a list of all the Lil’ Kev challenges you’ll need to complete to get your hands on the new Backbling:
- Play Matches (0/15) – 500 XP
- Gain 5,000 XP (0/5000) – 500 XP
- Outlive Opponents (0/500) – 500 XP
If you’ve not got much time on your hands, getting all of these challenges done within the time frame could be tricky as it’s largely dependent on grinding out as many matches as possible.
To get these challenges out of the way fast, we’d recommend dedicating an evening or two to caning your way through as many matches as possible. Try and get a group of buddies together, earn as many kills as possible, survive for as long as you can and attempt any weekly challenges you’ve got left over.
