Today is International Talk Like a Pirate Day, and to commemorate this obviously momentous occasion, Blizzard has added a new quest to Hearthstone called Tharr be Booty.
It’s a special event reward ( a bit like the free Fight Promoter bonus from a few months back) that adds a 100 shiny Gold dubloons to your in-game bank balance.
To get your hands on the cash, you simply have to log in to the game today, so make sure you do so even if you don’t plan on playing any games.
Around the time of the Fight Promoter release, Blizzard seemed pretty excited about the idea of adding more one-time events to the game.
Here’s hoping we get a few more of these before the year’s out – you can never have too much free stuff in Hearthstone, right?
