Teamfight Tactics’ next champion is Twisted Fate
He'll be arriving with patch 9.14.
Twisted Fate will be the first new champion to be added to Teamfight Tactics and he’ll be released with patch 9.14.
Riot Wittrock, Set Designer for Teamfight Tactics, posted a teaser image over on twitter with the caption, “Champion #51 is coming to TFT…”

It wasn’t long before eagle-eyed fans identified the image as a snippet from Twisted Fate’s Cutpurse skin. He’s on the right in the image below:
A little later, Teamfight Tactics Product Lead Richard Henkel dropped in to confirm fan suspicions: “Tf is the first champ we’ll be releasing as drip content for tft on patch 9.14”.

It’s unclear what Class and Origin Twisted Fate will belong to, but there’s a strong possibility he’ll be a Pirate or Sorcerer based on his abilities in League of Legends – and we imagine he’ll don the Cutpurse skin too.
Riot hasn’t confirmed when patch 9.14 will drop, but it’s definitely due to arrive within the next couple of weeks with some big improvements and tweaks to Teamfight Tactics.
So far Teamfight Tactics has proven a huge success for Riot, and with an upcoming champion already pencilled in, alongside a regular cadence of balance tweaks, it’s certainly got the potential to stick around in the long run.
