Here’s a list of every Origin in Teamfight Tactics, alongside their bonuses and their corresponding Champions.

Origin Bonus Champions
Demon 2 – Attacks from Demons have a 30% chance to burn all of an enemy’s mana and deal that much true damage. 4 – Attacks from Demons have a 50% chance to burn all of an enemy’s mana and deal that much true damage. 6 – Attacks from Demons have a 70% chance to burn all of an enemy’s mana and deal that much true damage. Dragon 2 – Dragons are immune to Magic damage. Aurelion Sol, Shyvana
Exile 1 – If an Exile has no adjacent allies at the start of combat, they gain a shield equal to 100% of their maximum health. Yasuo
Glacial 2 – Attacks from Glacials have a 20% chance to stun for 2 seconds. 4 – Attacks from Glacials have a 30% chance to stun for 2 seconds. 6 – Attacks from Glacials have a 45% chance to stun for 2 seconds. Anivia, Ashe, Braum, Lissandra, Sejuani, Volibear
Imperial 2 – 1 random Imperial deals Double Damage. 4 – All Imperials deal Double Damage. Darius, Draven, Katarina, Swain
Noble 3 – 1 random ally gains +100 armour and heals +35 health per attack. 6 – All allies gain +100 armour and heal +30 health per attack. Fiora, Garen, Kayle, Leona, Lucian, Vayne
Ninja 1 – If you have exactly 1 Ninja, it gains +40% Attack Damage. 4 – If you have exactly 4 Ninjas, they all gain +80% Attack Damage. Akali, Kennen, Shen, Zed
Pirate 3 – Earn up to 4 additional gold after combat against another player. Gangplank, Graves, Miss Fortune, Pyke
Phantom 2 – Curse a random enemy at the start of combat, setting their HP to 100. Karthus, Kindred, Mordekaiser
Robot 1 – Robots start combat at full mana. Blitzcrank
Void 3 – All basic attacks ignore 50% of the enemy’s armour. Chogath, Kassadin, Kha’Zix, RekSai
Wild 2 – Wild allies generate stacks of Fury (stacks up to 5 times) with every attack. Each stack of Fury gives 7% Attack Speed. 4 – All allies generate stacks of Fury (stacks up to 5 times) with every attack. Each stack of Fury gives 7% Attack Speed. Ahri, Gnar, Nidalee, Rengar, Warwick
