Vertigo replaces Cache in CS:GO’s latest update
Features in the competitive map pool for the very first time.
CS:GO’s latest update features a big map pool adjustment, a brand new music kit and a new sticker Capsule too.
First up, Valve has officially tweaked the competitive Active Duty map pool for the first time this year. In a surprise move, Cache will undergo “some renovations”, so Vertigo is to take its place. This means it’ll also feature in the next CS:GO Major – Starladder Berlin – in August.
The Active Duty rotation will still remain at seven total maps, out of a pool of eight. One map is usually rotated out and reinstated later once it has undergone some revisions, so we can fully expect to see an updated Cache slide back into the active map pool in the future.
Today we are removing Cache from the Active Duty Map Pool and adding Vertigo. Were also releasing the EZ4ENCE Music Kit and Feral Predators Sticker Capsule, now available in the New Releases tab of the Main Menu! Full Release Notes here: https://t.co/fHHyB0OypR pic.twitter.com/9KqvHiR1WH

For those who witnessed ENCE’s dream run at the IEM Katowice 2019 Major, the next addition is sure to please. Valve has released Verkkar’s EZ4ENCE song as a music kit in-game, which means you can play the meme/anthem in honour of the Finnish side.
Finally, there’s a brand new Feral Predators sticker capsule featuring some pretty wild designs cooked up by community artists. There are nine designs in total and 18 stickers to collect.
