Did you watch Blizzard‘s Gamescom conference yesterday evening in Cologne, Germany? If you did, then you’ll have already seen the new Hearth and Home animated short produced for Hearthstone.
It’s a pretty epic, high-quality cinematic that tells the story of a young girl who’s lost in the freezing woods, but is magically transported to the Inn when she discovers a magical Hearthstone box.
While many sung its production praises, other more – ahem – jaded players had a more cyncial take on what she might discover when she entered the magical world of Hearthstone. Here’s one version of the cinematic, remixed with some alternative insight from Sean “Day9” Plott.
