Five flags have been uncovered.
According to a post by RichardGryffon on the Overwatch SubReddit, six new files from Overwatch’s latest PTR patch have been datamined, and they reveal a handful of the 2017 Summer Games player icons.
Each Player Icon represents a country’s flag, and here’s a list of them all:
- New Zealand
- Antarctica
- Spain
- India
- Iraq
Last year’s Summer Games event featured 40 Player Icons among many other goodies, so it’s not surprising that this datamine only represents a minute portion of the offerings we’ll be able to bag later this year.
One can only wonder if these Player Icons hint at any other content that’s planned for the 2017 Summer Games event. We reckon it’s a little too early to start drawing conclusions, but it’s certainly got us excited for the next event and what it might have in store for us!
