Call of Duty Mobile, which releases on October 1st on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, promises to bring fans the intense Call of Duty action they know to the small screen. Combining classic gameplay and maps from previous games with brand new content exclusive to this version of the game, Call of Duty Mobile plans to win out in the market for mobile shooters.

Is there be a Battle Royale mode in Call of Duty Mobile?
They’ll be pulling out all the stops for COD Mobile, and after Black Ops 4’s Blackout, the franchise is ready to dip its toes into the Battle Royale pool once again. COD Mobile’s Battle Royale will be facing off against the undisputed king of the market – PUBG Mobile. Call of Duty is looking to take a slice of that $1 billion pie. Blackout’s zombies return as the series’ unique gimmick in the Battle Royale scene, with the player having to fight off hordes of undead in between encounters with players.
How many players will Call of Duty Mobile’s Battle Royale mode support?
Call of Duty Mobile’s Battle Royale is a fight to the death between 100 players, similar to the standard Battle Royale fare we’re used to seeing. Youtuber Drift0r was able to give it a go, and you can check out the gameplay on their channel.
How big is Call of Duty Mobile’s Battle Royale map?
We’ll have more information once the game is released, but at the moment Call of Duty Mobile’s Battle Royale map appears to be a similar size as COD Blackout’s map, giving players enough space to fight it out whilst still having breathing room at the beginning of the match. Call of Duty Mobile’s Battle Royale allows players to respawn using respawn beacons, in a similar manner to Apex Legends. You’ll need to collect your teammates’ dog tags and get them to the beacon in one piece.
Can I team up with friends on Call of Duty: Mobile Battle Royale?
Call of Duty: Mobile offers options for solo, duo and 4-player squads in the Battle Royale. You’ll be able to fill teams too, so never fear if you’ve got a group of 3 together. A (hopefully) kind stranger will back you up!
