The Top 8 teams from Stage 1 have now been seeded for this week's Playoff series.
The schedule for this weekend’s Overwatch League Stage 1 Playoff has now been confirmed.
This special “bonus” stage of the competition will see the Top 8 teams so far compete for a share of $500,000 in prize money.
First, here’s a breakdown of who’s made the cut for this extra round of play:

- New York Excelsior
- Philadelphia Fusion
- San Francisco Shock
- Seoul Dynasty
- Toronto Defiant
- Vancouver Titans
The opening stages of the Playoffs will take place across Thursday and Friday. The most successful teams from this period will then enter a final elimination stage taking place across the weekend.
Here’s how the schedule looks for that opening stage, with all times given in PT.
Thursday 21st March
- 6:00pm – Seoul Dynasty v New York Excelsior
- 8:00pm – Boston Uprising v Vancouver Titans
Friday 22nd March
- 6:00pm – Atlanta Reign v Philadelphia Fusion
- 8:00pm – San Francisco Shock v Toronto Defiant

We won’t know Saturday and Sunday’s competitors until those initial stages have finished, but here’s the general schedule so you know when to tune in.
Saturday 23rd March
- Semifinal 1 – 12:00pm

- Final – 12:00pm
