I’m excited to announce that geeksplatform is hiring a new staff writer to help us grow our esports coverage.
This will be a varied role with plenty of projects to tuck into, but the main responsibilities include:
- Writing esports news and feature content that highlights the biggest tournament moments across our roster of games.
- Taking the lead on our Hearthstone coverage by writing and maintaining our market-leading deck guides.
- Developing our League of Legends and Dota 2 guides coverage, as well as writing about other competitive titles alongside the rest of the editorial team.
It goes without saying that expertise in the games we’ve outlined above is essential, but more than that we’re also looking for a candidate who’s passionate about esports and can help shape the direction of our coverage in this area.
This is a full-time salaried position, and will be based in Gamer Network’s offices in Brighton, United Kingdom. You can find full details of the role over at GamesIndustry.biz.
