Legendary weapons don’t differ from their more common counterparts when it comes to how they feel to shoot. Drill down to the numbers and you’ll find basic stats like “Damage” and “Reload Time” will be better overall. They may not appear stronger, but they’ll be the deadliest, most efficient model of the gun available.
By the time the frantic end-game battle rolls around – where there’s a constant balancing act to be had between taking defensive measures and delivering outright obliteration – you’ll be glad you took the time to rummage around every nook and cranny on the map, in the hope of getting a more and more powerful collection of weapons together.

Legendary (Yellow) SCAR Assault Rifle
It’s always handy to have an Assault Rifle about you, as they’re effective at both short and mid-range combat. The damage is good, the accuracy is pretty solid, and it’s a great all-rounder that will help you live just a little longer.

Legendary (Yellow) Burst Assault Rifle
While the SCAR fires in full-auto, the Burst rattles off remarkably accurate three shot bursts. It’s less of an all-rounder in this regard, but it excels even more when it comes to mid to long range fights.

Legendary (Yellow) Shotgun
A heavy hitter in every regard, the Heavy Shotgun fires off booming rounds that can devastate enemies up close. It lacks power at range, but as soon as things turn close quarters this weapon packs a huge punch. Land a headshot and it’s almost always an instant take down.

Legendary (Yellow) Grenade Launcher
We probably don’t need to explain to you what a Grenade Launcher does (although it is worth pointing out that it uses regular grenades as ammo), and the Legendary version is very handy to have in your toolkit.

Legendary (Yellow) Rocket Launcher
Rocket Launchers are enormously helpful when it comes to smashing end-game forts to smithereens. It is also, of course, an extremely blunt yet effective weapon for handling opponents too. Just don’t forget to bring a mop to clean up afterwards…

Legendary (Yellow) Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle
Far better than finding yourself in a frantic duel is, of course, to eliminate the opponent before they’ve even seen you coming. To that end, you have the humble yet effective Sniper Rifle.
We reckon the Legendary Semi-Auto is the one to track down, and these are the stats you can look forward to taking advantage of if you do happen to find one in the field.

Legendary (Yellow) Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle
A slower fire rate than the Semi-Auto, but packing far more of a punch – the Bolt-Action is a must-have for taking out opponents from afar.

Legendary (Yellow) SMG
Classed as an SMG, the Minigun is an excellent method of obliteration. Just be warned that you’re unsteady on your feet while using it, and it’s not exactly the most precise weapon of destruction.
The Minigun’s stats look a little like this:

Legendary (Yellow) Suppressed Pistol
Silent but deadly, the Suppressed Pistol is perfect for taking out enemies at close range in a matter of seconds. Just remember to tap the trigger rapidly when they’re within range as it’s a weapon that relies on landing shots in rapid succession.

Legendary (Yellow) Hand Cannon
The beefiest pistol of them all, the Hand Cannon delivers booming shots with extreme stopping power. What it lacks in accuracy and fire rate, it makes up for in damage. Land a headshot and you’ll be laughing.
