Tombs of Terror Chapter 3 releases, alongside Elise Starseeker
It's not so bad, Elise you're still alive.
The next chapter of Hearthstone’s Tombs of Terror has been released, with the explorers having to delve into Khartut’s Tomb and deal with all manner of undead monstrosities.
The unique twist this time around is Plague of Death, which summons an ‘Eternal Tomb’ for each player at the beginning of the match. These Tombs hold minions which come ever closer to emerging with every friendly minion that dies, refreshing with another minion when the initial one escapes. It rewards a token-style of play as you benefit from the death of your own minions, but this isn’t essential for success. We’ve got a guide in the works on how to beat Xatma, Plague Lordof Death, so come back here if you find yourself struggling!
Elise Starseeker is here too, bringing along her Priest and Druid class combination and opening the door for creative synergies as well as a bunch of new decks and hero powers to play with. We’ve got the lowdown for you in our Tombs of Terror guide page, and a bit more in-depth help with Elise’s Signature Treasures if you’re after a couple of pointers.
The fourth chapter, as well as the final encounter, release on Tuesday 1st October, alongside Brann Bronzebeard, so stay tuned for our guides on the climax of the adventure!
