Ruin departs 1907 Fenerbahce, joins CLG
CLG's far from ruined.
Kim “Ruin” Hyeog-min has departed 1907 Fenerbahce and has officially replaced Darshan as their new top laner.
CLG made the announcement via their social media channels and accompanied the news with a welcome video which showcases some of Ruin’s biggest plays in the LCS so far.

Ruin’s arrival comes soon after CLG’s long time top laner Darshan “Darshan” Upadhyaya announced his departure from the team. After four years as a pivotal member of CLG’s lineup, he decided it was time to part ways and seek a new challenge elsewhere.
There’s no doubt 1907 Fenerbahce will be sad to see Ruin leave as he’s proved himself to be an upcoming top lane talent, and an important part of a roster who was beginning to challenge some of the best teams in the LCS.
Of course CLG will be happy to acquire a fresh face as they had an uncharacteristically rough LCS Spring Split, finishing seventh and completely missing out on playoffs. The North American organisation will hope that Ruin will inject some much needed bite back into an ailing team.
The LCS Summer Split kicks off on the 1st June, so it won’t be long until we see Ruin in action with his new team.
